Journey Towards Innerself

My inner journey is taking me to places which are strange and totally unknown. There are challenges and manifestations. The path is sometimes cozy and difficult at other times.

Massive revelations, new horizons, and stellar black holes are being experienced as I advance and cross billions of galaxies. Everything is amazing and unique. My perceptions and beliefs which were drawn since many births are reshaping and leading to the complete overhaul.

The soul is really eternal and witnessing the body around it. I feel finding new definitions for everything I come across and the true calmness is apparent and sustained for longer periods. Since childhood, I heard many times that the sky is the limit, but now I can envision that sky may be only the beginning, real journey is far bigger, better and divine.

Observing and expressing in words all these simultaneously is a difficult task. The journey took me

समय की पुकार

अब सारे नियम बदल दो

ओ नेतृत्व, ससमय दखल दो।

तीर प्रत्यंचा पे चढ़ा है इस बार
धनुष कर रहा जोरो की टंकार।

वक़्त का तकाजा है
केंद्र में सामर्थ्यवान राजा है। 

सिद्ध करो पुरुषार्थ को
याद करो पार्थ को। 

करते जो विष वमन
जानले वो ऐ वतन। 

धरा के उपकारों का कर्ज

बहुत बढ़ रहा ये मर्ज। 

कुछ तो बड़ा फैसला हो
आर पार का हौसला हो। 

जयचंदो को रोंदने का समय
देश करता है अनुनय। 

सत्य को सम्बल दो
निर्बल को बल दो। 

फड़कती भुजाएँ वीर जवानों की
याद आती है फिर से बलिदानों की। 

हर चुनोती में विजय का वरण हो
गौरवशाली राष्ट्र निर्माण का
सुन्दर सा वातावरण हो
सुन्दर सा वातावरण हो।

शराफ़त के ज़माने अब कहाँ
यूँ अकेले मत पड़ो यहाँ वहाँ।

समूहों के झुण्ड आस पास है
कोई साधारण, कोई खास है।

हर कोई खींचने की फ़िराक में
मना करो तो आ जाते आँख में।

जंगल छोड़ भेड़िये शहरों में आने लगे
सुन्दर लिबासों में शरीफों को लुभाने लगे।

ख्वाब बेचने का व्यापार चल पड़ा
लालच में हर कोई मचल पड़ा।

समूहों में हर चीज जायज हो जाती
विचारधाराएं ख़ारिज हो जाती।

नये दौर के तर्क नए , सत्य स्वयं भटक गया
इंसान इंसानियत छोड़, समूहों में अटक गया।

ईमान कम बचा , नियति तो बहुत स्पष्ट है
शिकायत किससे करे जब पूरा तन्त्र ही भ्रष्ट है।

Happening Quotient

Recently I was going through the trend of commonly asked questions raised by people in seminars on motivation, I clearly sensed that there is a common tendency of having lack of clarity about how to get things done faster and most of the questions were raised had same essence, though raised in different words and tones by different individuals.

Previous experience says that everything which happens always had its very own "happening quotient". Happening quotient is like feasibility apprehended in advance. In larger term it includes mapping of resources, approach, timing, location and anticipation of probable situations. We come across many people with repeated complaints about many things not happening as per their wishes. In the reply to them, some may talk about destiny and others will talk about blaming something and things goes on. 

Let us understand it more precisely, farmers sow seed and grow crops. It's not as easy as it is mentioned. The combination of timely seed sowing in fertile land with availability of adequate rain or water, sunlight, fertilizer and constant care all resulted in a good crop. What is important here is to understand in simple term that to get success or accomplishing something one has to understand its probability in context with other factors and resources and its availability in a given situation.

पंख लगे मन को (Heart With Wings)

शब्दो में समेटना मुश्किल है मन को
बेलगाम होकर छीन लेता ये अमन को।
ये खुश तो दुनिया हरी भरी हो जाती है
ये रूठा तो सब योजनाएं धरी रह जाती है।
समय से परे, पल पल में रंग बदलता है
अनिश्चय में तो ये नटखट खूब मचलता है।
हवा की छोड़ो, आवाज से तेज दौड़ता
समझना मुश्किल, ये निशान भी नहीं छोड़ता।

गति पे सवार, कल्पनाओं के साथ रहने का आदी
कौन छीन सकता है भला मन की आजादी।
देश काल को ये कहाँ मानता
मर्यादित होना नहीं जानता।
मन का वेग प्रबल होता है
सतत जागरण, ये कहाँ सोता है।

अपना पराया ऊँच नीच , मन के लिए विचार है
अपरिमित ऊर्जावान , मन तो अनाकार है।
वो भावों में बसता, भावों में जीता है
भरा हुआ कभी, कभी वो रीता है।
कभी संयत, कभी उन्मुक्त सा हो जाता
बिखर जाता ये कभी सयुंक्त सा हो जाता।
त्वरित बदलावों के नेतृत्व को हर वक़्त तत्पर
ये मत पूछना, चलेगा ये कौनसे पथ पर।
अवसादों से ग्रसित होता जब ये सिमट जाता
उत्साह में आनंदित होकर खुशियों से लिपट जाता।
यात्रा का शौक इसे पल में अंतरिक्ष को नाप लेता
हर परिवर्तन को ये पहले से भांप लेता।
गतिशील मन रुकता नहीं, इसे तो समझना पड़ता है
ना समझों तो आजीवन झगड़ना पड़ता है।
मन को जो मना लिया हर राह आसान बन जाती
वर्ना कितनों की तो जान पे बन आती।
समतल मैदानों में कभी कंदराओं में जाकर आता
नदियों में कभी सागरों की लहरों से बातें कर आता।
कभी अर्थपूर्ण ये कभी निरर्थक घूम लेता
बखूबी आसमान के इंद्रधनुषी रंगों को चूम लेता।                      
कहने को ये तन इसका घर होता है
पर ताजिंदगी ये तो बेघर होता है।
कभी ये हल्का, कभी बोझिल हो जाता
कभी हँसाता, कभी खुद ही रो जाता।
कलुषित होता कभी ये निर्मल हो जाता
पहाड़ों से प्रबल कभी ये निर्बल हो जाता।
सक्रिय होता कभी ये निष्क्रिय हो जाता
कभी नीरस तो कभी प्रिय हो जाता।
ऊपर नीचे, कभी बीच में लटक जाता
किसी पे फ़िदा हो गया तो अटक जाता।
दयावान कभी ये निष्ठुर हो जाता
कभी ह्र्दय में तो कभी दूर हो जाता।
मन माने तो रिश्ते गहरे हो जाते
मन रूठे तो अपने भी दूर हो जाते।
अबाधित मन को जिसने जान लिया
वो सिद्ध बने साक्षात् जग ने भी ये मान लिया।
